WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW

Hey there! Welcome to my little corner of the internet. My name is Aya, I'm 21 years old living just outside of Toronto, Canada. I recently graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Kinesiology and Physical Education, and currently work as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. I'm not good at taking myself seriously but I do love exploring deep, existential questions, so you will often find me in awe of French philosophers with a very unique perspective of life.
I have absolutely no idea how to talk about myself, but in a nutshell, I am a very smiley health nut who loves is fascinated with all things human condition. You'll see this expression through my writing, art, and health journey!
